I was pleased to see you stocked ecru-coloured bed linen because l could not find anyone else who did ,therefore l bought a set from you. I think your product was correctly priced for its quality. However, l would have preferred hem-stitched borders and a higher thread count and would gladly have spent more had they been available.
It's exactly what I wanted, a perfect weight duvet that creates the ideal temperature for me. I am now going to buy another lighter one for the summer

Product fine thank you. EVRI delivery poor; I has an email saying product delivered with a very unclear photo. No sign of parcel. Took approximately a week for EVRI to say they had no responsibility and to contact Lawson for recourse - and then product delivered next day. I would advise no one to go with Evri
